Our new suite arrived in beautiful condition and the personal attention we had from Susie to help us choose what was right for us was a great experience. She took a video for us and made sure everything was perfectly packaged for the long trip to Scotland. Wasn’t sure about buying online without trying but we made the right choice and would do it all again.
