The whole process was very easy, and Sue and her husband were a pleasure to deal with. Good well lit showroom (the boathouse!) and was actively encouraged to sit on them all and pick and choose. Great range of sofas chairs and footstools. No pressure to buy, payment was easy, delivery was easily arranged, on time, and careful. All in all very happy with the Chesterfields, would recommend anyone to have a drive down to Mersea and have a look. Many thanks.
